My Visual Progress is designed to be private by default. The app works offline, stores your progress data on your device, and protects the local database and progress photos with encryption.

1. Information Stored by the App
The app can store progress photos, pose labels, dates, notes, weight entries, comparison selections, reminders, and app preferences. This information is stored locally on your device.

2. No Account, Cloud Sync, or Analytics
My Visual Progress does not require an account. We do not operate a cloud sync service for your entries, and the app is not designed to send your photos, weight data, notes, or usage analytics to our servers.

3. Camera, Photos, Notifications, and Device Lock
- Camera access is used only when you choose to capture a progress photo.
- Photo library access is used only when you choose to import an image.
- Notifications are used only for reminders you create in the app.
- Device authentication is handled by your operating system. We do not receive your passcode, Face ID, fingerprint, or biometric data.

4. Encryption and Local Storage
The app uses an encrypted local database and encrypted app-owned image storage. Decrypted image cache files are temporary and are cleared when the app locks. Your data remains on your device unless you manually share it outside the app.

5. Support Emails
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message, and any information you decide to include. Please avoid sending sensitive progress photos or health information unless you intentionally choose to do so.

6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Because the app is offline-first, we generally do not have access to your app data. We may disclose support emails or related records only if required by law or necessary to protect our rights.

7. Data Deletion
You control the data stored in the app. Deleting entries removes their local records and encrypted images. Uninstalling the app may remove local app data from your device. If you contact us by email and want your support messages deleted, email us at the address below.

8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The latest version will be available on this website.
